What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to both remote and on-site service requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues (hardware, software, networking, etc.)
Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment
Supporting clients with their technology needs and providing user-friendly guidance
Accurately documenting service requests, resolutions, and updates in our ticketing system
Delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of IT support experience
Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a strong plus
Solid understanding of Windows environments, network troubleshooting, and desktop/server hardware
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
A self-starter who can work independently and also collaborate with a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you'll be visiting client sites around El Paso)
