Job Brief
The IT Field Technician will be the hands-on resource for our remote office locations. You will be responsible for providing Tier 2 desktop support, assist with network work issues, troubleshoot printers, and resolve simple server issues.
Responsibilities
- Issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Provide additional assistance and handle escalated support tickets
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Manage printers
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN)
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Work in new construction zones and bring new facilities online
Requirements
- Help Desk experience along with LAN, servers, and peripherals
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Takes ownership of projects and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
