We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Help Desk Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build real-world skills in a fast-paced environment.
Location: On-site New York 10012 Schedule: Flexible, minimum 16 to 20 hrs per week Type: Internship (Unpaid)
Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support to staff (hardware/software/network issues)
Assist with setting up workstations, user accounts, and devices
Log and track issues via help desk system
Help maintain IT inventory and documentation
Support the IT team with various projects and routine tasks
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Familiar with Windows, macOS, and common productivity tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team
