    IT Help Desk Specialist

    Serve as the point of contact for our users needing technical assistance.

    Work tickets, emails, instant messages, and phone calls/texts

    Provide Tier 1 technical support for all users.

    Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of IT support.

    Maintain users in our various software applications.

    ShareTec, DDS, Virtual Branch, KnowBe4, Mitel, etc.

    Manage IT and Telecom inventory for Admin and Branches

    Utilize Excel spreadsheets, websites, and applications

    Perform other IT/IS duties as assigned by management

    More responsibilities may be added as proficiency increases
