    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain our Microsoft 365

    and Azure-based IT infrastructure. This role combines hands-on user support with system administration

    responsibilities, bridging help desk functions and advanced technical operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    User Support & Help Desk

    • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and
    • peripherals
    • Resolve user account issues, password resets, and access permissions
    • Document and track support tickets using ticketing system
    • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when appropriate

    Microsoft 365 Administration

    • Manage user accounts, licensing, and permissions in Microsoft 365 admin center
    • Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
    • Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, and other M365 applications
    • Assist with email migration and mailbox management
    • Monitor M365 service health and communicate outages to users

    System Administration

    • Perform basic Intune user and group management
    • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and software using autopilot.
    • Manage group policies and security settings
    • Assist with printer setup and network connectivity issues
    • Maintain IT inventory and asset management systems
    • Support backup and recovery operations

    Security & Compliance

    • Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions
    • Assist with security awareness training and policy enforcement
    • Monitor for security incidents and assist with remediation
    • Support compliance requirements and audit processes.

    Required Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
    • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
    • Understanding of Intune/Entra and basic networking concepts
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

    • ****Experience with Microsoft Azure services and administration
    • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical certification
    • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
    • Experience with mobile device management (MDM/Intune)
    • Familiarity with ITIL service management principles
    • Previous experience in a hybrid cloud environment
