Location: New York, NY 10011 (On-Site) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $3,000/month + Performance-Based Bonus
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in New York City. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on providing day-to-day technical support for our staff, maintaining systems and devices, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
Assist with onboarding of new employees (account setup, access provisioning, etc.)
Document issues, solutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system
Work with external vendors and service providers as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role
Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email clients, and basic networking
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
