Job Description
The primary role of the IT Helpdesk Specialist is to provide end-user or remote assistance for issues with computer hardware and software, mobile devices, printers and basic networking. The specialist works directly under the IT Ops Lead, aiding the IT Team with various tasks and requests. This role is designated as fully on-site, with an expectation of attendance in our Oak Park office five days per week. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
