Position Overview
As a IT Helpdesk Technician, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional technical support and solutions, contributing to our mission of delivering peace of mind through technology and service excellence. Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to:
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles
Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and computer management
Familiarity with IT support processes and desktop support tasks
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Experience with network administration is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are preferred but not
mandatory
IT Support 1 year (Required)
Switching, Routing and Firewall: 1 year (Preferred)
