    Teufel Holly Farms, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. As the first point of contact for employees with technical issues, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems. This position is ideal for someone with a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

    Our ideal candidate is technically adept, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a collaborative approach to working with staff from various departments. In addition to providing day-to-day support, you will have opportunities to contribute to projects that improve IT processes and enhance user experiences. This role will require a mix of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality IT support and solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime.
    • Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the company's systems.
    • Document and track support requests using the ticketing system to ensure timely follow-ups.
    • Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
    • Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials to enhance user proficiency with IT systems.
    • Collaborate on IT projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving system functionality.

    Primary Tasks

    • Resolve support tickets including but not limited to:
      • Windows updates/patching
      • Microsoft 365 Issues (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
      • New employee setups
      • Microsoft account synchronization
      • Active Directory server maintenance
      • Company Cell Phone/Tablet Setup (Samsung/Apple).
      • Computer Setup for Employees (Lenovo Laptops & Desktops)
      • Software application support (e.g., Adobe installations, whitelisting/blacklisting approved software).

    Required Tools and Technologies

    • ConnectWise Tools:
      • CW Automate
      • CW Manage
      • CW ScreenConnect
    • Other Tools:
      • Webroot Antivirus
      • Azure Cloud Printing / Microsoft Entra
      • IT Boost

    Qualifications

    • Basic knowledge and experience with Technology
    • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems (95% PC and 5% Mac/iOS devices).
    • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
    • Proficiency in common business software applications, including Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Dependable vehicle and willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest to Various Offices.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
