Teufel Holly Farms, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. As the first point of contact for employees with technical issues, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems. This position is ideal for someone with a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

This role will require a mix of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality IT support and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime.
- Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the company's systems.
- Document and track support requests using the ticketing system to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials to enhance user proficiency with IT systems.
- Collaborate on IT projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving system functionality.
Primary Tasks
- Resolve support tickets including but not limited to:
- Windows updates/patching
- Microsoft 365 Issues (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
- New employee setups
- Microsoft account synchronization
- Active Directory server maintenance
- Company Cell Phone/Tablet Setup (Samsung/Apple).
- Computer Setup for Employees (Lenovo Laptops & Desktops)
- Software application support (e.g., Adobe installations, whitelisting/blacklisting approved software).

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and experience with Technology
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems (95% PC and 5% Mac/iOS devices).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Proficiency in common business software applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable vehicle and willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest to Various Offices.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
