Job Title: IT Infrastructure Analyst – USC or Green Card Location: On-site Pittsburgh, PA 15222 Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch break) Job Description: The job is responsible for the physical delivery and ongoing support of products/services, applications, network systems and overall solutions.

Performs tasks including, but not limited to:

• Systems software upgrades, workstation setups and server configurations.
• Maintains software and hardware inventories.
• Provides operational support and analysis for the organizations information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices.
• Performs recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitors batch processes.

Job Duties:

• Diagnoses and resolves technical issues with hardware or software systems.
• Responds promptly to queries and provides excellent customer service at all times.
• Communicates via phone, in person or online chat to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Determines the need for and subsequently provides system reconfiguration.
• Assesses user needs and recommends technical solutions such as patches, upgrades or enhancements.
• Documents technical support procedures and maintains customer records.
• Completes thorough installations on the client environment by taking backups of data, upgrading systems as needed, and installing new software or hardware solutions.
• Collaborates with senior team members; reviews and analyzes hardware and software needs; recommends changes and upgrades.
• Communicates effectively with both technical and nontechnical personnel to solve issues.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience required
