**This is an on-site 1099 Contract role payable at $26 per hour**

We are looking for an IT Install Technician who will be responsible for the installation, repair, setup, configuration, and upgrade of end-user devices. This role will also assist with office moves and setups, and provide minimal data migration support. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented corporate environment, focusing on delivering high-quality technical support and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in office moves, equipment setup, and related technical support tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to provide smooth and efficient user experiences.
• Provide minimal data migration support during equipment transitions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service during interactions.

Technical Environment and Minimum Skills:

• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting for various devices.
• Experience in customer service, managing user inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with corporate IT environments and tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of Office applications and MacBook device management.

Pay: $26 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5:30 PM
