Required Skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience with the following skill sets:

·Business Analysis - experience translating business requirements into functional outputs

·Instructional Design / Training Development – Experience developing training materials (ILT, VILT, eLearning)

·Systems Knowledge (Public Benefits or Similar) – Understanding of system-based workflows

·Communication & Documentation Skills – Strong writing and documentation abilities

·Stakeholder Collaboration - Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams

·Technical Skills - Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Absorb or similar, eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise – preferred)

Desired Skills (Years of Experience: 2)

• Experience with SNAP and Cash Assistance programs
• Familiarity with HRA systems (SEAMS, WMS, POS)
• Experience with training QA processes and content validation
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience working in a government or public sector environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Canva, Vyond
