    At HydraForce, our internship program is designed to provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience while developing future talent for our organization. The IT internship offers exposure to key areas such as technical writing, inventory management, and help desk support. Assignments are structured to provide practical learning while contributing to impactful projects that support business operations. While employment after graduation is not guaranteed, our goal is to prepare interns with the skills and experience to succeed in entry-level IT roles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Knowledge Base: Create how-to articles for end users, including screenshots and detailed instructions.
    • Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of IT assets (hardware, software, and peripherals); assist with audits, database updates, and process optimization.
    • Help Desk Support : Provide technical assistance to internal users, respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary; document resolutions and create user-friendly guides.

    • Pursuing Associates or undergrad degree
    • A minimum of 3.0 GPA
    • Familiarity with inventory management concepts is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

    Additional Information

    The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process.

    Must Have:

    • Must have US work authorization. This position is NOT open for International Assignments( OPT/CPT Candidates)
