    IT/Facilities Intern

    Pay: $20.00 hr.

    ** Part-Time 25 hours a week**

    Are you seeking an entry-level position in Information Technology? To thrive in this role, candidates should exhibit enthusiasm, responsibility, composure, clerical competencies, and the stamina to engage fully in a full day of activities.

    Purpose

    The selected individual will actively collaborate with Employ Milwaukee staff and vendors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the documentation of IT procedures.
    • Create user manuals and help guides for internal software applications.
    • Conduct Software Testing
    • Assist in the inventory management of IT hardware.
    • Provide data entry tasks.
    • Provide technical support to the Employ Milwaukee staff.
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software
    • Assisting with regular facility and maintenance tasks

    What it takes to excel at this position:

    • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
    • The capacity to mediate, exhibit patience, and function as a team player
    • A foundational background in Information Technology.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma or some college education, or relevant experience in IT.
    • Proficiency in personal computer applications.
