Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and setting the stage for long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong communication skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the Rochester area and surrounding regions through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Qualification & Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects to understand their IT challenges, introduce Info Advantage’s services, and determine fit.
Pipeline Development: Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads.
First Time Appointments: Successfully run first time appointments with prospects.
Proposal Generation: Put together accurate proposals that meet the client's needs and present teaming up with our Pre-sales team and client success team as needed.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging IT needs to position Info Advantage effectively.
CRM Management: Accurately track and manage leads, activities, and opportunities in HubSpot (or similar CRM).
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (IT/Managed Services experience a plus).
Strong phone presence and ability to articulate technical value propositions clearly.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed targets.
Familiarity with IT services (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, help desk, infrastructure) is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience using ConnectWise Manage a plus.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
