Summary

A growing organization is seeking an IT Manager to oversee day-to-day technology operations and support business systems, infrastructure, and security. This role will lead IT strategy, manage internal and external resources, and ensure reliable service delivery across the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and security
• Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with business goals
• Provide oversight of service desk, network, and systems support
• Manage system upgrades, implementations, and integrations
• Maintain data integrity, system performance, and cybersecurity standards
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources

• Ensure documentation, policy enforcement, and operational compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience
• Prior leadership or management experience
• Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud systems, and business applications
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and governance best practices
• Excellent communication and project management skills
