Job Description

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms

• Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including laptop setup, system access, and email account configuration

• Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and IT equipment

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring technical issues

• Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery processes are tested and effective

• Implement and maintain IT security measures to safeguard company systems, networks, and data

• Configure and manage firewalls, email security filters, and anti-spam solutions to reduce malicious traffic and phishing risks

• Monitor systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and take proactive actions to mitigate risks

• Assist in preventing and responding to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required

• Bilingual in Chinese and English Required

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT service or desktop support experience

• Experience supporting end-users in a fast-paced, manufacturing or consumer goods environment is preferred

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques

• Familiarity with Teams Meeting Room technology, and proficiency in supporting MS Office 365 applications

• In-depth knowledge of Windows, iOS, and macOS

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills

• The ability to provide professional and clear technical guidance to employees

• Work Location & Schedule: In-person, Chatsworth, CA

• Monday – Friday, 5 days onsite

• Pay: $30- $35/ hour
