Are you an experienced IT Operations System Administrator with a passion for maintaining secure, high-performing IT environments? About the Role: As a System Administrator at FINBOA, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT systems. You’ll manage support tickets, proactively monitor system performance, and ensure the reliability and security of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to service tickets and technical inquiries

Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting across systems and networks

Monitor network performance and recommend solutions for optimization

Manage network security tools, including firewalls and VPN configurations

Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support ongoing improvements

Provision and deprovision user accounts, devices, and access as part of employee onboarding and offboarding

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role

Strong knowledge of network administration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with ticketing and monitoring systems

Solid understanding of network security protocols and tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Someone that is able to work 8am to 5 pm CST Monday-Friday in the office and have on call availability

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration

Working knowledge of SOC 2 and PCI compliance frameworks and IT security best practices

Experience with Mimecast, CrowdStrike, (or similar tools)
