Job Title: IT Operations Support Analyst 1

Location: Plymouth, MI—Hybrid 3 days (Tues/Thurs mandatory in office, 1 floater)

Reports To: IT Operations Support Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily OEM Rate Reports: Generate and review daily reports related to OEM rates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Daily Inventory Audits: Compare our VLS system inventory
• New Rate Table Reviews: Assess and validate new rate tables for accuracy before implementation.
• Monthly New Business Reports: Prepare and analyze reports on new business activities and their impact.
• Daily CarMax Reconciliation Reports: Reconcile daily client reports to maintain data accuracy, and trigger reporting. * A2S/S2A OTM Ready Review * $0 Hold Rating Process
• Rate Sheet Prep and Maintenance: Prepare and update rate sheets to reflect current rates and changes.
• Rate Upload Prep: Prepare data for rate uploads, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in IT operations support, data analysis, or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting software, and IT systems.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and reports.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
