This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 6th, 2022 and will end on August 12, 2022.

Locations: IL-Buffalo Grove; TX-Richardson; AZ-Scottsdale

This program has positions available at multiple work office locations across the country. By applying to this position, you understand that you will be considered for opportunities at these multiple locations. and your final location will be assigned and shared with you closer to your start date. About this business area:

The Platform Innovation team collaborates with internal project partners across sales, marketing, credit, legal, finance, compliance, operations and executive management to translate business needs into an effective product strategy.

You will work on:

COVID REQUIREMENTS

COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT

CVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.

• If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 30 days of your employment. For the two COVID-19 shot regimen, you will be required to provide proof of your second COVID-19 shot within the first 60 days of your employment. Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with CVS Health.
• If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 30 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Internship or work experience in related field such as business or healthcare
• Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
• 1+ years professional experience as a Project Manager, Software Developer, Business Analyst, UX/Product Designer, or Product Manager role
• Experience with Extreme Programming (XP) or Scrum
• Experience with Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design

EDUCATION

• You should currently be pursuing an MBA, MS Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), MS Product Management, or similar post-graduate degree.
• Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2022 and August 2023
