About the Role:

As an IT Procurement Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business and procurement leaders—driving vendor sourcing strategies, managing timelines and KPIs, and negotiating business terms to reduce risk and optimize value.

You’ll contribute directly to IT transformation projects by helping navigate procurement policies and managing supplier engagements ranging from software development to management consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement workstreams across multiple projects—prioritize based on business value and measure progress against defined KPIs

• Support supplier sourcing, selection, RFP processes, and negotiations to ensure favorable terms

• Collaborate with business units to capture requirements and translate them into procurement strategies

• Engage in cross-functional efforts to manage vendor relationships and contracts end-to-end

• Provide data-driven analysis on cost savings, supplier performance, and sourcing outcomes

• Stay current on procurement best practices, supplier markets, and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience

• 1–3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally in IT or consulting categories

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, contract review, and project management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
