    IT Project Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the Senior Management and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition / rationale, and impacted organizational functions and systems.

    Resolve conflicts and managing scope changes.

    Communicate project status updates, resolve conflicts, and negotiate changes in project priorities and/or scope.

    Conduct project meetings and facilitate collaborative discussions within the project teams and other relevant stakeholders.

    Manage projects in accordance with the scope of work and with established PMO policies and procedures.

    Management Lifecycle and System Development Lifecycle; planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

    Assign project roles; manage project scope and deadlines.

    Lead project management activities and deliverable development/maintenance including preparation and management of project documents (i.e., Project Management Plans, Project Plans, Project Status Updates, Issue and Action Item Log, Meeting Agendas, Project Specific Deliverables).

    Formulate, define, and implement improvements to business processes and operations.

    Document current state (“as is”) and future state (“to be”) processes, systems flow, and data flows.

    Outline and refine business, functional, and technical requirements.

    Create thorough testing scenarios, document results, and develop remediation plans with ITS to address unmet business requirements.

    Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance tests against business requirements.

    Define, develop, and execute training activities.

    Provide budget analysis, project administrative and ITS executive support services.

    Drafts/updates and proofs PMO policies and procedures.

    Assists in drafting of project proposals, Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), budget estimates, cash flow projections and preliminary project work schedules.

    Logs and tracks the resolution of project issues and the planning for and mitigation of risks associated with the project.

    Prepares project close out presentations and other documentation.

    Performs ad hoc assignments for the executive team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    7+ years experience in managing programs and/or large complex projects with the assigned programs/project and objectives.

    Bachelor's degree - Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

    Business/Public Administration, or related fields. Master’s Degree highly preferred. Leadership and project management training are beneficial. PMP certification or equivalent preferred but not required.

    Strong communication skills both orally and in writing in English.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal senior management. Solid active listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.

    Knowledge of Project Management (tools, tactics, and methodologies), operating policies, procedures, and practices.

    Experience with large scale technology implementation, custom development and data and systems integrations.

    Solid Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Agile methodologies and best practices.

    Ability to lead and motivate professionals to produce high quality results on time and within budget.

    A team player, adept at working across departments to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.

    Experience with MS Visio, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Wrike.
