Our client, an eCommerce company is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives, with a primary focus on ERP transformation and systems integration.
This role is on-site and full-time and will play a key role in managing the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with integrations across e-commerce platforms, WMS systems, and related business applications.
The ideal candidate is organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and timelines in a fast-paced IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including ERP migration and system integration initiatives
- Own project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting
- Coordinate work across IT, operations, finance, vendors, and implementation partners
- Support and track Business Central implementation activities
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical execution, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate UAT planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
- Maintain project documentation and communication cadence
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
- Experience managing software, ERP, or systems integration projects
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Exposure to ERP implementations or migrations
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WMS systems
- Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies
- PMP or similar certification (preferred, not required)
