    The IT Project Manager will play a dual-impact role, dedicating approximately 50% of their time to facilitate Agile delivery for analytics‑focused projects and teams. In this capacity, the role supports Analytics squads within IT by driving effective sprint planning, backlog refinement, resource capacity tracking, and iterative delivery of data, reporting, and analytics solutions. This position ensures Agile practices are consistently followed, removes delivery impediments, and strengthens collaboration across Product Owners, data developers and engineers, and Business Relationship Managers.

    In addition to Agile delivery support, the role leads IT projects across infrastructure, helpdesk, cybersecurity, and enterprise data platforms. It plays a central part in shaping the IT roadmap and driving technology‑enabled business transformation, with a strong emphasis on modernizing and expanding the organization’s data platform capabilities to ensure scalable, future‑ready solutions.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and manage a portfolio of IT projects across helpdesk, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, standardized delivery practices, and strong cross‑functional coordination.
    • Oversee data platform modernization initiatives—including Lakehouse technologies—by collaborating with data engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and security teams to drive successful enterprise data outcomes.
    • Facilitate Agile‑like delivery for analytics teams by coaching on best practices, guiding sprint planning and ceremonies, managing capacity, and maintaining a healthy, prioritized backlog.
    • Define project requirements, schedules, resources, and cost estimates while ensuring accurate documentation, proactive risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects by tracking progress, resolving conflicts, escalating issues, and providing leadership with clear, actionable reporting on status, risks, and resource utilization.
    • Support strategic IT planning by influencing project prioritization, contributing to new technology implementations, and upholding PMO and IT project delivery standards.
    • Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational and technology objectives.

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment is a plant/office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet/slippery floors. However, the vast amount of work is conducted in a climate-controlled office. Travel may be required.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Scrum Master/ related Agile certification or equivalent experience.
    • 6 + years of relevant IT Project Management experience.
    • 6 + years of hands-on experience with all aspects of the system development life cycle.
    • 6 + years of facilitating data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements.
    • Experience in facilitating complex test plans for multiple projects.
    • Experience managing large-scale helpdesk, infrastructure, and cybersecurity projects.
    • Demonstrated success delivering data platform projects using Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
    • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with plant engineer and IT teams (MES, ERP, SCADA)
    • Experience working in Agile environments.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees.
    • Proficiency with MS O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), MS Project, and MS Visio.
    • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project management.
    • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proven understanding of cloud data platforms, data Lakehouse architectures, and security frameworks.
    • Consumer Packaged Goods and/or manufacturing industry experience is helpful.
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% for training and business-related activities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong infrastructure or system analyst background with deep technical understanding.
    • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable enterprise data platforms.
    • Experience with cloud-based data architectures and modern data engineering practices.
    • SAP implementation and/or upgrade project management experience.

    Additional Information

    The salary range for this role is $140 ,000 – $160,000 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
