IT Project Manager – Systems & Integrations
Location: Orange County, NY
Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000

As we expand, we’re looking for an IT Project Manager – Systems & Integrations to lead complex technical initiatives, oversee API integration projects, and ensure system-wide alignment through hands-on project delivery and sharp execution.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional IT and integration projects—from internal system improvements to third-party API integrations. You’ll manage tight timelines, ensure proper documentation, and serve as the bridge between developers, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role demands someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Haves:

• API knowledge and endpoint familiarity (REST, JSON, XML)
• Proven experience managing multiple high-urgency IT projects
• Process documentation and SOP creation
• Deadline ownership in agile, fast-paced teams
• Clear communicator and confident cross-functional collaborator

The Ideal Candidate

• You understand how systems talk to each other—and what breaks them
• You’ve led multiple concurrent projects in SaaS, fintech, or integration-heavy environments
• You can write a clean SOP and hold people to it
• You thrive in an environment where speed, detail, and clarity matter
• You bring structure without slowing things down

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT and system integration projects
• Oversee third-party API integrations (endpoint review, data mapping, testing cycles)
• Manage priorities across teams, ensuring resources stay aligned and tasks stay on track
• Document workflows, SOPs, and implementation guides for technical and non-technical teams
• Identify risks or blockers early and recalibrate without losing momentum
• Maintain clear communication across stakeholders, developers, and leadership
• Track project KPIs, report status updates, and manage expectations

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT project management or integration oversight
• Understanding of API structures and backend system communication
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills
• Experience working in agile environments with frequent pivots
• Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana)

Preferred Experience

• Background in SaaS, automation, fintech, or integration platforms
• Familiarity with middleware (Zapier, Boomi, MuleSoft) or custom workflow logic
• Can explain technical processes clearly—even to non-technical teams
