Title: IT Project Specialist (MSP Environment) - MUST BE LOCAL TO SOUTHWEST MISSOURI OR KANSAS CITY AREAS

Job Summary

Dazzee is seeking an IT Project Specialist to support the delivery of client infrastructure and Microsoft-based technology projects. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented IT professional with solid hands-on experience who enjoys structured project work, problem-solving, and client interaction.

This is not a helpdesk role and not a senior engineering or architecture position. The focus is on execution, accuracy, and delivering well-designed solutions in real-world client environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Implement and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, and SharePoint
• Participate in client projects such as server deployments, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
• Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues using logical, OSI model-based approaches
• Configure and support technologies including:
  • Meraki networking equipment
  • Hyper-V and VMware environments
  • VOIP systems
  • Sophos security solutions
  • Veeam backup and recovery
• Follow project plans, documentation standards, and defined timelines
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and project notes
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and transition to support
• Maintain a client-focused mindset and professional communication at all times

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on IT experience (MSP or internal IT preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid networking fundamentals with the ability to logically troubleshoot issues
• Experience with several of the following technologies: Meraki, Hyper-V, VMware, VOIP, Sophos, Veeam
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Reliable, focused on meeting goals, and comfortable working within defined scopes
• Professional references required

• Not an entry-level or helpdesk-only role
• Not a senior engineer or architect position
• Not a purely reactive support role
