Our company was created by founder and CEO, Reuben Kamp who left his job at a nationwide Dental IT company to build a relationship-focused version of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) which creates true partnerships with its clients.
Constantly building on our 13 years of experience we are now servicing roughly 1300 clients in all 50 states and continue to see massive growth while focusing on maintaining unparalleled support for our Dental Practice partners. With technicians on the ground throughout the country we offer in-person as well as remote support.

IT Project Technician Summary
As the Project Technician you will be involved in all stages of client projects, including new office buildouts and onboarding of new clients. You will spend most of your time doing remote onboards, new client preparation, and post onboard reviews and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare clients for onboarding and new office buildouts
Complete initial software setup
Perform quote reviews
Perform server installs
Coordinate with client's current IT company to ensure a smooth handoff
Preconfiguration of software and hardware
Serve as the installation technician for all remote onboards and provide remote assistance as needed
Prepare recommendations for upgrades
Perform service checks for software and hardware
Conduct postmortem review for all projects
Required Experience:
1-2 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of tech support experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Proven reliability and the ability to work independently
Proven time management skills
