Job Description

The TECHNICAL RECRUITER will primarily be responsible for candidate and client phone and video screenings, interview prep and debriefs, offer negotiations, and creating an experience that leads to continued business and referrals.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Responsible for successfully closing 2 job orders per month ($60K+ in revenue / $18K+ in commissions)
• Partner with an Executive Assistant to recruit prospects for screenings
• Oversee all candidate and client interaction with a distributed global team of researchers and sourcers
• Upload all communication to company CRM
• Participate in social media postings (LinkedIn only)

Successful TECHNICAL RECRUITER applicants will be camera-friendly, extremely organized, tech-savvy, superior attention to detail and a successful track record of delivering recruitment services to clients.

Additional Qualifications:

✅ Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST)

✅ You must possess superior written and verbal communication skills

✅ Knowledgeable or willing to become knowledgeable of various technologies, tools, and languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, AWS, etc.)

✅ You must have a laptop and/or desktop with a working webcam and microphone.

✅ You must have access to uninterrupted high-speed Internet
