Job Description
The Technical Recruiter at IT Pros will be responsible for recruiting (call, text, email, message), screening, submitting, scheduling, preparing, debriefing, and hiring experienced tech professionals in the United States.
Understanding Technical Requirements:
Building Talent Pipelines:
* Developing and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions within the organization.
* Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and assessing candidates' technical skills and qualifications to determine their suitability for specific roles.
* Coordinating and scheduling technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical teams.
* Collaborating with technical teams to conduct in-depth technical assessments and evaluations of candidates' coding abilities, problem-solving skills, and domain expertise.
* Communicating feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders after interviews and assessments.
* Assisting in the negotiation process, presenting job offers, and working with candidates and hiring managers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
* Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and changes in the technology job market.
* Representing the organization positively to potential candidates, promoting the company's culture, values, and opportunities.
* Using ATS tools to manage and track the entire recruitment process, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and offer details.
* Working closely with hiring managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and candidate profiles.
* Keeping abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the tech industry.

* Familiarity with the recruitment industry, talent acquisition trends, and knowledge of the job market in the tech industry within the United States.
* Strong networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present job opportunities, communicate with candidates, and collaborate with internal teams.
* Strong negotiation skills to discuss and finalize job offer terms with candidates and clients.
* Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue the right candidates.
* Ability to analyze client needs, understand challenges, and propose effective recruitment solutions.
* Strong organizational skills to manage candidate and client relationships, track leads, and meet new hire targets.
* Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding new hire goals.
* Ability to adapt to changing industry trends, client needs, and market conditions.
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other business development tools such as Asana, Loom, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Metaview, ChatGPT, etc.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with sourcing teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders within the organization.
* A client-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent service to clients.
* Basic analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven decisions.
