Job Description

The TECHNICAL SOURCER (Research Analyst) will go far beyond the basic keyword search in an effort to Talent Map and profile companies in the Philadelphia region based on technology stacks, industry, company type, skills, role, location, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with the IT Pros Recruitment Team and Hiring Team (Client) to uncover, profile, and assign compatible technology professionals who are located/interested in the Philadelphia region (50-mile radius) based on team/client requests.
• Profile 50+ candidate/employer profiles per week in Asana.
• Report findings on a daily/weekly basis with the team.
• Find personal/company contact details of prospects.

Qualifications

Candidates must be local to the Philadelphia region, have access to a home office with high-speed Internet, and have knowledge of various technologies/languages/tools/methodologies beyond Microsoft Office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must understand the Philadelphia region geography, traffic patterns, etc.
• Must be comfortable working 100% in a remote setting
• Must have a technical background, in addition to customer/client-facing experience such as sales/marketing/customer service/etc.
• Must be extremely comfortable working with Google products such as Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, etc.

PREFERENCES

• Experience working with Asana
• Background living/working in the Philadelphia region
