    Job Description

    The Business Development Recruiter at IT Pros will be responsible for generating new clients through the curated leads gathered from our data research team in an effort to win new business opportunities with companies hiring experienced tech professionals in the United States.

    • Client Acquisition:

      • Actively seeking and identifying new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and presenting recruitment services.
    • Proposal and Presentation:

    * Creating and delivering proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the recruitment services, expertise, and value that the recruiting team can provide.
    
    • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    * Negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement on service levels, fees, and expectations.
    
    • Collaboration with the Recruitment Team:
    * Collaborating with recruiters and other team members to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements, staffing needs, and expectations.
    
    • Target Setting and Achievement:
    * Setting and achieving business development targets, including revenue goals, client acquisition metrics, and other key performance indicators.
    
    • Networking:
    * Actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and generate new business leads.
    
    • CRM Utilization:
    * Leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage client interactions, opportunities, and the sales pipeline.
    
    • Marketing Collaboration:
    * Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that promote the recruitment agency's brand and services.
    
    • Continuous Learning:
    * Staying informed about industry trends, changes in the job market, and new developments in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    
    • Feedback Gathering:
    * Gathering feedback from clients to assess satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing positive relationships.
