Job Description

The Head of Product will oversee all aspects of the product portfolio from inception through launch to post-launch performance. You will work closely with the CEO, VP of Engineering and CRO to bring products to market to transform how companies manage the operational complexities of facility energy usage at the device level.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery based on a deep understanding of our users and their needs
• Combine user’s needs with analysis of our in-product data
• Define product roadmap and strategy that align with our overall business strategy and objectives
• Create and realize a stage-appropriate and effective product operating model including organization design, core processes, tools and measurable and actionable metrics, KPIs and OKRs
• Work closely with Engineering to deliver solutions that engage and delight our users
• Follow the latest trends and paying attention to both the big picture and the small details simultaneously

Qualifications

Successful HEAD OF PRODUCT will have expertise in building and growing a high performing product organization (product managers, product designers, ux researchers).

Additional Qualifications:

• You have shipped 3+ (at least 2) products to market
• You have seen at least one product scale to thousands of users/customers
• You have 10+ years of production engineering experience as an IC, tech lead, or manager
• You have been part of at least one startup
• You have real product intuition and a relentlessly curious mind with a passion for product
• You have the ability to hire, motivate and grow a world-class product team
• You have a collaborative mindset and a history of being a great partner to both Engineering and Sales
• You have a track record of success in building and delivering products that delight your customers (and you can cite metrics to show your success)
• You have strong communications skills both inside and outside the team.
• You care about the planet and how to save it through completely novel ideas at scale
