IT Relationship Manager

Scope of Work
Relationship Management and Communications:
Serve as a point of contact for all technology advisory needs for the assigned divisions Thoroughly understand program’s business processes and underlying business need for a technical solution
Work as IT liaison between IT and program area
Attend programs leadership meetings to understand Divisions priorities
Timely escalation of issues to Senior Management
Technology and Process Implementation:
Advice programs on technology solutions/platforms that best meet their needs.
Approve new software purchases
Work with programs to assist in development of their IT roadmap
Ensure IT alignment to the business
Perform market and comparative analysis for solutions that match the business need
Assess and enhance service catalog to match the incoming business requests
Create Operating Model for Relationship Management process
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
Project Governance
Work with programs on project initiation
Work with Divisions to identify priorities for requests in pipeline
Score projects for business value and implementation complexity based on predefined
scoring criteria
Identify cost estimates, procurement needs and implementation approach
Lead governance meetings for Divisions to showcase ongoing IT activity for the division
Team Collaboration
Schedules and attends meetings promptly
Meetings to be followed up with meeting minutes
Conduct meetings with precise goals and agenda ensure accurate and clear communication
Create a collaborative environment where there is free share of knowledge
Performance Monitoring and Tracking
Capture information on OIT’s Key Performance Indicators for regular reporting
Enhance automation framework and dashboards for Performance tracking and Monitoring
Organize and run Agency wide initiatives like Lunch and Learn, OIT Survey etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments
Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
Experience working in a relevant industry is helpful but not required.
Experience in relationship /solution/ demand/customer success management
Experience delivering presentations to senior-level executives, business and technical audience
Excel verbal and written communication skills
