As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of a growing software company focused on developing the next generation of grocery-focused point of sales software. Grocery is in our blood, and we are driven to give the grocers the tools they need to thrive. 

We are looking for candidates to join our team and help onboard new stores; a good candidate will be:

• Solution-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot on the fly
• A creative mind with a capacity to suggest improvements

As an Onboarding Specialist, your job is to:

• Be the technical point person for the customer during the onboarding process
• Develop strong relationships with new customers and guide them through the onboarding process
• Provide the customer with helpful insight on how best to use IT Retail to save them time and money
• Continually improve the onboarding process
• Stay in communication with the support manager and deployment manager
• Stay in contact with the customer to know where they are at in the onboarding process
• Customer Training 40%, Technical Setup of POS 30%, Technical Questions from Customers 30%

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a client-facing role
• Self Motivated 
• Strong in Microsoft Excel or SQL 
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Understands computer networks - Routers, Switches, Access points, Firewalls 
• Understand Windows Operating System 
• Has an above-average understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
