    As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be part of a growing software company focused on developing the next generation of grocery-focused point of sales software. Grocery is in our blood, and we are driven to give the grocers the tools they need to thrive.

    The Inventory Management Specialist works in our Riverside Office and is responsible for tracking all hardware that comes into IT Retail and that ships out to all customers. In addition, the Inventory Management Specialist role is responsible for assisting in configuring hardware for all new and current stores that come into the office. The Inventory Management Specialist ensures that all customers are set up for success with our POS system by ensuring all hardware is shipped and received. This role reports directly to the Deployment Manager.

    We are looking for candidates to join our team and help manage and track inventory; a good candidate will be:

    As an Inventory Management Specialist your job is to:

    • Implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
    • Examine the levels of supplies and hardware to determine shortages
    • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
    • Ensure package pickup
    • Create packing slips, package all hardware and equipment leaving IT Retail and facilitate pick up and customer returns
    • Send out detailed tracking to all customers
    • Update customers on shipment times and back orders
    • Configure hardware to prepare it for shipment
    • Assist in analyzing new suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
    • Continually improve the inventory management process
    • Stay in communication with the Onboarding Manager and Deployment Manager
    • Inventory Management 30%, Technical Configuration 30%, Customer Hardware Tracking 20%, Delivery Management 10%, Supplier Research 10%

    Job Requirements:

    • Inventory Management experience
    • Technical Skills
    • Experience working with a team.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with PC Hardware troubleshooting
    • Excellent written, telephone, and personal communication skills
