Meem Health's managed IT Services provides HIPAA-compliant healthcare IT solutions. We provide on-site IT staff/dept augmentation, 24×7 Helpdesk services, server and application support, professional IT infrastructure managed services, hosted VoIP, email, text messaging platforms, and disaster recovery platforms.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a candidate with 2+ years of IT Sales experience and strong relationships in Healthcare Provider industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales and technology and/or professional services sales. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most. We deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role to generate, qualify, and closing new business at the C-Level decision makers.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicates Professional MSP Service offerings, Professional Services offerings, and products to potential customers
- Provides guidance to potential customers based on need and requirements.
- Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone
- Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply IT service knowledge to meet them
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them
- Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of It services to customers
- Market and promote IT services
- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
- Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale
- Advise on IT services and how they can be applied to assist client needs
- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional services and upgrades
- Attend progress meetings to update and inform client status
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum qualifications
- Reliable transportation for door to door sales OR 100% remote if you have existing local contacts
- Ability to travel within Little Rock metro
- Knowledge of basic IT fundamentals
- High School Diploma
- Experience selling, designing, and installing technical solutions.
- A positive, persuasive demeanor in order to answer customer questions and successfully make sales
