IT & Security Manager
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)

Growing technology organization seeks an IT & Security Manager to lead IT infrastructure, networking, security, and compliance. This role ensures system performance, data protection, and adherence to CMMC and NIST 800-171 standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, configurations, and vendor relationships.

• Implement security controls, respond to incidents, and safeguard sensitive data.

• Lead CMMC compliance efforts, including documentation, audits, and training.

• Provide staff support, manage equipment provisioning, OS upgrades, and security patches.

• Collaborate with teams to optimize IT processes and security practices.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 5+ years in IT management and cybersecurity.

• Expertise in networking, system administration, and security tools (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).

• Strong knowledge of CMMC and NIST 800-171.

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CCNA (or similar).

• Experience with Mac OS and Apple hardware.

Preferred:

• Vendor management and startup experience.

• Prior CMMC implementation.
