We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our intentionally collaborative team. In this role, you’ll help schedule and coordinate service delivery with maximum efficiency—playing a key part in our continued success.     What You'll Do:

    • Coordinate team operations to ensure service delivery meets SLAs, resources are used effectively, and synergy is fostered in a friendly, efficient work environment

    • Drive end-user requests to completion by identifying and prioritizing needs, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining accurate records

    • Manage service workflows, including ticket creation, escalations, resource scheduling, service boards, and ConnectWise calendar appointments

    • Communicate proactively with clients regarding upcoming changes, incident updates, and post-resolution satisfaction to ensure transparency and trust

    • Schedule and coordinate the delivery of equipment and software installations to align with project timelines and client expectations

    Skills You'll Need:

    • 2+ years of experience in a dispatcher, service coordinator, or similar role

    • Understanding of IT concepts or a strong willingness to learn required - previous experience in an IT environment preferred

    • Able to effectively communicate with both technical staff and non-technical end users

    • Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, strong organizational and documentation skills to drive team tasks to completion

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities—flexibility is essential in our fast-paced, service-oriented environment
