    Job Description

STAND 8 provides end to end IT services to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in LA, Atlanta, New York, Raleigh, Phoenix and Oakland. JOB DESCRIPTION PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Serves as an administrator for SQL database and Salesforce CRM Level of Authority. Works with various teams and in coordination with Primary Database Administrator, under general organizational policies and procedures Work Environment Most of the work is performed in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interruptions, adjustments and the need to deal with a diversity of people and tasks

    • Coordinate and provide quality control for data entry
    • Communicates and supports the introduction of new features and user queries
    • Troubleshooting of system and data issues
    • Importing and exporting data o Provide user support and training

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Blackbaud Education Edge experience
    • Some experience working with one or more of the following: ETL TOOLS (MATILLION ETL PREFERRED) O DATA WAREHOUSES (SNOWFLAKE PREFERRED) O REPORTING TOOLS (POWERBI PREFERRED)
    • SALESFORCE EDA ORGANIZATION EXPERIENCE
    • SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
    • Salesforce Certification: System Admin o App Builder
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    • Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent
    • Experience working within a non-profit or labor environment Other Job Functions

    • Works collaboratively with other staff
    • Strong analytical mind, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for developing, updating and disseminating system documentation
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within strict timelines/deadlines
    • Flexibility regarding schedule and assignments
