Job Description

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Information Technology Group is seeking an IT Software Project Coordinator to manage software assets, licensing, and support workflows. This role involves coordinating software purchases, monitoring license compliance, maintaining asset records, and assisting end users with software-related requests. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of project coordination experience, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and technical skills.

Key Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in project coordination

Experience with ServiceNow and Google Suite

Familiarity with software licensing and IT asset management

Strong customer service and documentation skills

Must be local to Phoenix and available to work onsite
