About the Role:
We’re looking for a technical, solutions-oriented professional to support our field technicians, manage IT procurement, and help develop custom solutions for our clients. You’ll serve as the technical backbone behind on-site services while ensuring the right tools and systems are in place for success.
This role blends real-world technical experience , solution architecture , and field services coordination —ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of tech, logistics, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support to field technicians working on-site.
Collaborate with engineers and clients to design tailored solutions.
Procure IT hardware/software, manage quotes, and track vendor deliveries.
Document technical configurations and deployment steps.
Evaluate client environments to recommend upgrades or security improvements.
Handle vendor coordination for products, warranties, or replacements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years in IT support, system engineering, and technical procurement.
Working knowledge of networking, servers, M365/Google Workspace, and desktop environments.
Experience assisting with solution design and implementation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both technical and client-facing.
Preferred Experience:
MSP Services background.
Experience with project delivery and post-deployment support.
