    About the role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist to join our team at Floor Interior Services, Corp in Tampa, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our IT operations, support daily technology needs across the company, and contribute to the efficiency and growth of our business. You will play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting our offices teams, and ensuring our technology tools, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are optimized for performance.

    Responsibilities:

    Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, mobile devices, and network equipment across the different locations.

    Provide day to day IT support to employees, both on-site and remotely.

    Offer technical support via help desk, phone, or remote desktop tools.

    Administer and support the company’s CRM system

    Document technical procedures, system configurations, user guides and IT policies.

    Help streamline workflows and suggest IT improvements.

    Resolve hardware, software, and application issues.

    Provide support for CRM systems, including user access, data integrity, troubleshooting, and integrations.

    Ensure and maintain the security of IT systems through antivirus solutions, firewalls, and patch management

    Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, including in CRM.

    Support cloud-based applications, email platforms, and networking tools.

    Document processes, solutions, and user guides for IT systems and CRM platforms.

    Provide training to the team on software and hardware usage as needed.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

    2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.

    Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

    Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365 services

    Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.

    Experience supporting CRM integration with other business systems (QuickBooks online).

    Knowledge of CRM data management, workflows, and automation tools.

    Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and security.
