    This is a heavily commissioned sales opportunity

    Looking for an Outside Salesperson to sell SAP Staffing Services/Projects within a variety of Industries. This position will be out of the Dallas, TX area and will NOT be a remote role. Travel for this role is mandatory.

    Primary Roles/Responsibilities:

    · Call new prospects on behalf of our client to identify and hunt for potential SAP staffing contract opportunities and/or SAP Project work.

    · Properly identify job requirements, duration, skill set and timing so that other members of our client’s team can properly recruit for the required resource.

    · Outside sales rep will be provided prospective candidates from the recruiting dept. for their qualified opportunities.

    · Outside sales will speak to the candidates before bidding to customer to screen for cultural fit.

    · Usage of Bullhorn and/or Hubspot to update contact in database, enter notes on client for all contacts with customer account.

    · Placements:

    o Once the client’s contract role is filled the outside sales rep will ‘Care and Feed’ continuously with this individual in hopes to uncover additional work within customer account.

    o Outside sales rep to completion of placement paperwork for contract roles that are filled with a candidate.

    Key Must Have’s:

    · Ability to travel in assigned territory for 12 – 15 days a month – usually Tues – Thursday – A MUST

    · 1-3 years’ experience selling B2B and cold calling and/or outside sales.

    • * They need to know how to cold call
      
      • They need to know how to create client relationships
      • They need to know how to close deals.

    · Knowledgeable on a CRM system – they use Hubspot and use Bullhorn for the job orders.

    · Understanding of how to use cold calling tools and AI tools for cold calling.

    · They need a go-getter type, Energetic, Organized

    · Someone who is driven and wants to earn a lot of commissions.

    · Strong MS office skill set.

    · Professional.

    · Previous selling experience in IT staffing, selling payroll services, selling corporate health insurance, selling corporate insurance, selling ANY type of SERVICES B2B.

    · Very strong cold calling experience in order to set appts with clients to go speak to them about SAP Staffing / SAP Projects. *SAP knowledge/experience is not required.
