Job Description
The IT Support Engineer I is responsible for the technical support at all Vericast locations; analyzes and resolves faults, whether it is a major system crash or a forgotten password while undertaking routine preventative measures and deploying new hardware to users.

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE
3+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ work experience
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
General knowledge in multiple SDLC methodologies
Technically proficient in application/component or system; may act as internal consultant
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Experience with MDT (Microsoft Deployment) / BigFix / AD access management /
M365 and Azure
Additional Information
Base salary: $60,000-$70,000
