    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated Onsite IT Support Engineer who is fluent in both Korean and English. This position involves hands-on technical support for end-users, device and account management, and collaboration with global IT teams. A strong understanding of Windows-based systems and basic network infrastructure is essential.


    Key Responsibilities

    ✅ Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
    ✅ Set up and maintain desktops/laptops per corporate security guidelines
    ✅ Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise software
    ✅ Assist with Cisco Webex and conference room A/V equipment
    ✅ Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks including device and account setup
    ✅ Maintain IT inventory and support hardware lifecycle
    ✅ Document resolutions and contribute to internal IT knowledge base
    ✅ Collaborate with regional/global IT teams for escalations and service improvements


    Qualifications & Requirements

    ✔ 1–3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support
    ✔ Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, and common business tools
    ✔ Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
    ✔ Strong communication skills in Korean and English
    ✔ Customer-first attitude with solid troubleshooting skills
    ✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
    ✔ Familiarity with Cisco conferencing systems is a plus
    ✔ Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and scripting tools (PowerShell) is a bonus
