    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer/Technician to provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, manage IT hardware and software, and ensure the stability and performance of desktop and network environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a foundational understanding of networking and system management.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

    Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.

    Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets including computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

    Assist in maintaining and configuring basic networking equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi).

    Support Windows operating systems and business applications.

    Document support processes and maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions.

    Set up and configure new devices and user accounts.

    Provide user training and guidance on basic IT tools and best practices.

     

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in a similar IT support or technician role.

    Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.

    Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS).

    Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

    Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are preferred.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
