HaloPSA Implementation and Customization expert

We are in the process of implementing HaloPSA to enhance our service management capabilities, and we need a dedicated architect to manage its configuration and ongoing administration. We’re seeking someone with in-depth experience in HaloPSA configuration and administration. End-user knowledge will not be considered in lieu of system configuration and administration experience. Responsibilities

· Customize workflows, automation rules, and service request types to align with business needs.

· Manage integrations with third-party tools and services.

· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

· Ensure data integrity and manage system backups and updates.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations.

· Proven experience with HaloPSA configuration and administration.

· Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and workflows.

· Proven experience in creating customized workflows and automation in HaloPSA.

· Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving HaloPSA system issues.

· Experience with integrating HaloPSA with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, accounting software).

· Excellent communication skills and ability to train technical and non-technical users.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
