About the Role:

Join REELSAFE SAFETY LLC as an IT Support Professional, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our technology infrastructure. We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide top-notch support and ensure our systems run smoothly in our Homestead, FL location.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.

Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place.

Assist in the setup of new equipment and user accounts.

Document support activities and maintain an updated knowledge base.

Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Provide training and guidance to staff on IT-related tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
