    Now Hiring: Onsite IT Service Desk Technicians (Level II) – Orlando, FL | 6-Month+ Contract 

    Enterprise Client Opportunity |  Onsite in Orlando | Contract Role

    The Talent Source is seeking experienced Support Services Technicians (Levels II) to join our enterprise client’s dynamic IT team for a 6+ month onsite contract based in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your technical troubleshooting skills and end-user support experience will have an immediate impact.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 hardware and software support to end users

    • Handle technical troubleshooting and problem resolution following established procedures

    • Perform root cause analysis and create documentation for recurring issues

    • Support Windows desktop environments, enterprise applications, and equipment peripherals

    • Maintain call tracking and knowledge base documentation for consistent issue resolution

    • Deliver technical guidance and informal training to non-technical users

    Ideal Candidate Has:

    • Proven experience in an IT support/helpdesk environment

    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (hardware/software)

    • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

    • Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement

    • Professional, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
