Set up, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS computers for new and existing employees
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (user accounts, system access, permissions)
Administer user seats and licenses across CRM platforms, VoIP systems, and other SaaS tools
Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, security settings, user access)
Track IT inventory and maintain organized device documentation
Provide day-to-day, in-office help desk support
1+ year of IT support experience (internships, school experience, or freelance work welcome)
CompTIA A+ certification or Network+ certification preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Groups, Admin Console)
Familiarity with VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral) and cloud-based CRM platforms
Comfortable setting up computers, printers, and basic networking equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
Eagerness to learn and grow in a technology-driven environment
Full-time, Monday–Friday
In-office only (no remote or hybrid option)
